What’s the gig?
The Van-Tastic Adventure is your chance to strike out on the great Aussie road of freedom – to have fun, seek adventure and be entertaining. As one of seven Van-Tastic teams, you will…
* Be flown in from anywhere in the world
* Be entrusted with Geoff, (our beloved campervan from Travellers Auto Barn ) collecting and returning him to your state’s designated cities
* Spend six weeks going… well, pretty much wherever you like
* Share your adventure with the online world, posting two videos, two blog posts and 10 photos per week
* Make one podcast during your six weeks
* Create a 3-5 minute mini-doco of your Van-Tastic Adventure
* You’ll make the mini-doco during two weeks immediately after your trip, which of course is when you show your genius at editing.
The online travel community will be voting for their favourite doco, so remember to seek out the most interesting adventures, people, activities, landscapes – most interesting anything – to get you voted as the most Van-Tastic Adventurer. The team they love the mostest wins $10,000 and two tickets on Virgin Blue!
